I have said it before. I will say it plainly again.
The media that published my sealed DNA testimony before I had seen it myself is reading every word of this Substack. The reconstruction hearing at Sø- og Handelsretten is Monday 11 May 2026 at 09:30.
Elena Pasat’s petition carries 62.1% of the creditor majority. The plan is the 99.99% haircut with the Litigation Proceeds Unit structure — debt converts into litigation rights, not diluted equity. If reconstruction opens, existing shareholders keep what they bought.
Between now and May 11, every document that can be published will be published — in the War Council vault, in real time, for Founding Supporters.
