Wild CEO: The Manifesto
Eight axioms. Twenty-seven mantras. The manifesto of a builder who refused to disappear.
The system was designed to protect institutions, not builders. This is the manifesto of a builder who refused to disappear.
From Communist Romania to Nasdaq Copenhagen. From DKK 0.8M to 302M. From a forced bankruptcy to a unanimous court reversal.

I. THE FORGE
I Learned What Truth Costs Before I Learned to Read
I grew up in a country where truth was illegal for 45 years. 500,000 informants. Two truths carried simultaneously. Calibration by necessity.
This is the firmware no MBA installs. That forges something inside you that no institution, bank, court, or boardroom will ever extinguish. A refusal. Not anger. A quiet, permanent refusal to accept what you’re told when your eyes show you something different.
I didn’t follow the pattern. I built a new one.
In order to get out of hell, you have to drive through it. Not around it. Not over it. Through.
Fraudsters take the money and disappear. They don’t write checks to law firms. They don’t appeal at their own expense. They don’t publish the evidence.
II. THE STORY
From 0.8M to 302M DKK. Then They Came For It.
I took Shape Robotics from DKK 0.8M to DKK 302M — 76% year-over-year growth. 2,000 schools. 300,000 students.
Then the chairman repeated the pattern. The board ran. The analyst sold into his own rally.
On January 6, 2026, they got their bankruptcy decree — served to a former board member’s private email, not the company’s legal address. The trustee had been pre-designated in DocuSign 39 days before any court appointed him.
On March 5, 2026, three appellate judges annulled it. Unanimously.
They thought the story was over. The story was just getting started.
I filed a criminal complaint. Published the metadata. Published the settlement agreement he claimed didn’t exist. Published everything. The archive is the reputation.
III. THE BROKEN SYSTEM
The Enemy Is Not a Person. It’s a Paradigm.
Denmark convicted zero executives for the largest money-laundering scandal in European history. Romania’s anti-corruption directorate convicted 12,300 officials.
The furniture is different. The architecture is the same.
We teach children to follow processes, not challenge them. We reward compliance, not courage.
I’ve watched companies die because comfort was more important than reality. I’ve watched shareholders lose hundreds of millions because a board couldn’t say what everyone already knew.
IV. HOW I FIGHT
Asymmetric. Precise. Smiling.
When they have more money, more lawyers, more institutional cover — you don’t meet them on their battlefield. You build your own.
I take their own documents, metadata, timestamps, signatures — and turn them into ammunition.
Every press release, every legal filing, every silence is tactical.
I don’t fight fair. I fight smart. I don’t react. I orchestrate.
V. HOW I BUILD
While They Were Destroying, I Was Creating.
I file a criminal complaint at 9 AM. I architect a platform at 10 AM. I raise capital at 11 AM.
The reconstruction war room — 59 creditors, DKK 539.8M in claims — runs on infrastructure I created during the war they started.
Think wild. Execute clean. I am the plan.
VI. HOW I LEAD
My Company Is My Family. Full Stop.
Every person in my company is mine. I don’t manage them. I raise them.
When the entire board evacuated, one man stayed. Aurel Nețin. He bought shares with his own money while everyone was running.
I am the most protective leader you’ll ever meet — if you’re one of mine. I am the worst problem you’ll ever have — if you come for one of mine.
Loyalty is a covenant, not a transaction.
VII. MY VALUES
I Don’t Do Policies. I Do Family.
Can you build, and will you bleed for this family? That’s the whole policy.
The same corporate world that spends millions on feel-good initiatives watched silently while a Nasdaq-listed company run by a Romanian immigrant was bankrupted, 70 employees fired across five countries.
Can you build? Will you bleed for this family? That’s the whole policy.
VIII. HOW I SURVIVE
I Don’t Bounce Back. I Reload.
They tried to bankrupt me. I got it annulled. They tried to silence me. I built a Substack with thousands of subscribers.
I paid for the appeal with my savings. Filed in a foreign language in a foreign court.
You cannot scare someone who has already driven through hell and come out the other side with the engine still running.
I don’t bounce back. I reload. You cannot scare someone who treats hell as a commute.
IX. WHAT I BELIEVE
Truth Is Not a Value. It’s a Survival Mechanism.
I survived where truth was illegal for 45 years by building one rule — see what is actually there.
Then I walked into Western corporate life and found the same architecture dressed in better furniture.
Cold precision. Full weight. Both. Always.
The comfortable lie kills more companies than the market ever will.
X. NO AUTHORITY OVER ME
I Don’t Accept Authority. I Accept Arguments.
There is no human being on this planet who has authority over me. We are all born equal. The same blood, the same bones, the same number of hours in a day.
The law is not a wall — it’s a language. The same statute used to destroy you can be the statute you use to annul a bankruptcy decree.
Every value I claim, I have a receipt for. I question because I remember. No one stands above me.
I don’t accept authority. I accept arguments.
XI. THE BUILDER’S CREED
The Creator Is the Center. Not the Institution.
The builder is the center. The bank, the fund, the exchange — infrastructure. But infrastructure that exists to serve the creator, not the other way around.
The creator owes the world results, not modesty. Certainty is the most disruptive thing available.
The builder is the center. Not the institution. Not the system.
XII. THE DIRECT PROMISE
No Intermediaries. No Gatekeepers. Just Truth.
The old model: CEO → IR → Analyst → Broker → Investor. By the time the message arrives it has been filtered, softened, spun, and priced.
George Akerlof won the Nobel Prize in 2001 proving what we already knew — markets fail when information is asymmetric. The intermediary chain doesn’t solve asymmetry — it monetizes it.
59 creditors on a live War Room call. Every claim visible. Every counter-argument answered in real time. No lawyer between us. Just the founder and the people who trusted him.
This is not just how I communicate. This is a promise about a new model of business.
01 — DIRECT TO INVESTOR
Every significant development published first-hand. No IR filter. No spin. The document is the press release.
02 — RADICAL TRANSPARENCY
DocuSign metadata. Settlement agreements. Court filings. If it’s relevant, it’s public.
03 — NO ASYMMETRY
The retail investor has the same information as the institutional fund. Not a courtesy — a principle.
04 — DOCUMENT IS PROOF
Claims are only claims. The document is proof. Every number has a source.
05 — REAL TIME. NO DELAY.
Reconstruction War Room live. Bridge financing tracked publicly. Truth is faster than spin.
06 — I SIGN MY NAME
No corporate “we.” No spokesperson. Mark-Robert Abraham signs every word.
XIII. THE EIGHT AXIOMS
THE LAWS THAT CANNOT BE UNLEARNED
Eight major laws. Twenty-seven sub-axioms. Words sharp enough to wear on your chest.
AXIOM ONE: BUILD FIRST. EXPLAIN NEVER.
01 — Permission is a trap. Build anyway.
02 — Show it. Don’t explain it.
03 — Results don’t whisper.
AXIOM TWO: WAR IS FUEL. CRISIS IS THE ENVIRONMENT.
01 — War is my fuel. Don’t threaten me with a hard time.
02 — I don’t survive crisis. I operate in it.
03 — You can’t scare someone who treats hell as a commute.
04 — I don’t bounce back. I reload.
AXIOM THREE: THE LAW IS A LANGUAGE. LEARN TO SPEAK IT.
01 — I read the law better than those who hide behind it.
02 — Document everything. Publish everything. Win everything.
03 — They used the law. I spoke it better. Unanimous.
AXIOM FOUR: YOUR PEOPLE ARE YOUR EMPIRE.
01 — One fire. One table. One family.
02 — The board left. Aurel stayed. That’s family.
03 — I don’t manage people. I raise them.
04 — Come for mine. I devour you. With documents.
AXIOM FIVE: SEE WHAT IS ACTUALLY THERE. NOT WHAT YOU’RE TOLD.
01 — The Wild East didn’t break me. It calibrated me.
02 — Truth isn’t a value. It’s survival.
03 — Cold precision. Full weight. Both. Always.
04 — The comfortable lie kills more companies than the market.
AXIOM SIX: THINK WILD. EXECUTE CLEAN.
01 — Imagination lawless. Execution surgical.
02 — My strategy has teeth. My patience has a deadline.
03 — I am not following the plan. I am the plan.
04 — I don’t react. I orchestrate. Every silence is tactical.
AXIOM SEVEN: THE BUILDER IS THE CENTER. NOT THE INSTITUTION.
01 — The bank is infrastructure. The builder is irreplaceable.
02 — Arrogance unearned is a problem. Mine is accuracy.
03 — Certainty is the most disruptive thing available.
04 — The creator owes the world results, not modesty.
AXIOM EIGHT: NO AUTHORITY. ONLY ARGUMENTS.
01 — We are all born equal. The same blood. The same hours.
02 — The chair is not the argument. Survive my questions.
03 — Every value I claim, I have a receipt for.
04 — I question because I remember. The uniform is just a person.
XIV. THE PLAN
This Is Not Just a Company. This Is an Education.
Here is the plan. It’s public. It’s measurable. Check back in five years.
01 — REBUILD SHAPE ROBOTICS
Prove that a company can survive institutional assault through radical transparency. Show every founder that a forced bankruptcy is not a death sentence — it’s a chapter. IN PROGRESS — 2026
02 — BUILD THE WILDCEO MOVEMENT
The Substack, the axioms, the direct promise — foundation of a movement for builders who refuse to ask permission and document everything. LIVE — WILDCEO.LIVE
03 — LAUNCH PHASE ACADEMIES
Schools beyond STEAM. Philosophy, competition, systems thinking, robotics. First PHASE Academy opens 2027. TARGET — SEPTEMBER 2027
04 — BUILD A GENERATION OF BUILDERS
The endgame is not a company. It’s a generation. Children who learn that the right response to a broken world is construction, not compliance. ONGOING. FOREVER.
XV. THE TRIBE
This Manifesto Is Not About Me. It’s About Us.
We are the builders in hostile systems — the founders told their market isn’t ready, their accent isn’t right.
We are the ones who question every authority — not out of rebellion but out of respect for what authority should be: earned, argued, proven daily.
We are the ones who refuse to separate work from life — the mission doesn’t pause at 5 PM and neither do we.
We are the teachers who refuse to teach the test instead of teaching the child.
We are the creators who won’t apologize for building.
We are the outsiders who document everything — who publish when others delete, who file when others settle.
We are the parents who refuse to raise spectators.
We are the ones who got knocked down and came back with evidence.
We don’t ask permission. We don’t wait for validation. We build. We teach. We fight. We document.
We are the WildCEOs.
XVI. THE 27 MANTRAS
Words Sharp Enough to Wear on Your Chest.
01 Permission is a trap. Build anyway.

12 The board left. Aurel stayed. That’s family.
13 I don’t manage people. I raise them.
14 Come for mine. I devour you. With documents.
15 The Wild East didn’t break me. It calibrated me.
16 Truth isn’t a value. It’s survival.
17 Cold precision. Full weight. Both. Always.
18 The comfortable lie kills more companies than the market.
19 Imagination lawless. Execution surgical.
20 My strategy has teeth. My patience has a deadline.

22 I don’t react. I orchestrate. Every silence is tactical.
23 The bank is infrastructure. The builder is irreplaceable.
24 Arrogance unearned is a problem. Mine is accuracy.
25 Certainty is the most disruptive thing available.
26 Every value I claim, I have a receipt for.
27 I question because I remember. The uniform is just a person.
BUILD WILD.
A company declared dead by the system. A court that said otherwise. A generation of builders who will finish what one CEO started.
